FLUIDISIZED BED FURNACES

Fluidisized bed furnaces are built to work either with electricity or natural gas. Carbonitration, nitration, tempering, steel hardening and annealing processes can be done with this furnace. This furnace type is generally used by supplier industry heat treaters. Fluidisation is provided by additional gasses added to the furnace under high pressure according to the process and metal inside. Aluminium oxide sand is generally used for fluidisizing (to 1200 C).
