CAR BOTTOMED FURNACE

Furnace base is loaded outside the furnace on car bottomed furnaces. Then the base is dragged inside the furnace on a railway. The furnace car (wagon) is built with high-allumuna including, high-temperature resistant concrete. This furnace is used for heating of big pieces to be forged or pressed, stress relieving for steel and castings, soft annealing, tempering and drying processes. The material to be dried is loaded outside and the car is pushed inside the furnace. The car stays in the furnace and after the process is done; it leaves the furnace with the materials.
